can’t unistall “norton internet security” because it doesn’t come up when i look it up! why? Please help it tells me to unistall it but can’t cuz it won’t find it!

I need to make my iPad more secure on New Zealand networks (both WiFi and 3G) while travelling, banking as well as public and private use. What do I install and where can I get it?

system restore! I didn’t have the redirect virus a month ago so i want to go back to when i didn’t have it but i need clear explanation on how to do this! I’ve tried a lot of stuff already bleeping computer.com and many other and on top of that i also downloaded Internet Security 2012 that won’t even let me open my internet right now i’m on safe mode! Please help!

I need someone to please help me diagnose and find a solution to this problem.
I have an eMachines T5274 and lately it hasn’t been working properly. About a month ago I cleaned the inside of the CPU because I had never done it before. I thought it would have a lot of dust, which it did, so I decided to clean it. Well, after cleaning it, when i went to turn it back on the fan kept running really loud and the screen was black, nothing happened. I left it alone and the next day I went to turn it back on it did the same thing. So, I unplugged it, pressed the power button for 30 seconds, plugged it back in and it worked again. This past few weeks though, the computer crashes, I get blue screens, sometimes it goes black, and other times the image gets all blurry. I scanned it for viruses with Microsoft Security Essentials and it had a couple trojans. I got rid of those but the problem remains. This morning when I went to turn it on, the fan was blowing really really loud and it wouldn’t stop so I unplugged it for 30 seconds like I had done the last time and it began to work properly again. I really don’t know what could be wrong with it. It’s only 3 years old so I don’t think “age” is the factor here. What could be wrong with it? What should I do to fix it?

downloading Norton Internet security 2012! Some firewall note keeps popping up and won’t let me open it help!!! What can i do to get it to open agian?

Barrack Obama who in my opinion is far more Christian like than his republican predecessors, as he wants all Americans to be able to afford health care and have enough to eat, and his policies show it!
Barrack Obama who wants to reward American companies who manufacture their goods here in the USA instead of in 3rd world countries where children as young as 6 years of age are placed in sweat shops and places like China where the average wage is in fact 25 cents a day!

On the application it says .. Applicant and Co applicant. I have not worked in two years.. due to the job shortage. I have a new job now.. but I had to take what I can get. Its only for two weeks. I have no prior evictions or criminal history and an old bankruptcy that will fall off next year. My mother lives with me in exchange for her care. She has cancer… but is still mobile. I don’t want the new landlord to know this. ( Does it matter if I am the applicant or co applicant?) my name alone is on the lease. My landlord does not know she is on there only because its a two bedroom and he would have charged me 150.00 a month more he said. We could not afford this. I wanted to help her out and her situation with her cancer. I have been living here 6 years. Which looks great to landlords. But..I had wanted to put my name on the lease and my mother as the co applicant but she has a fixed income of social security and a small pension. She makes enough to qualify alone. But.. I am the one on the lease. Not my mother. She use to own her own home in Texas one time. She never rented. They ask on the application where she lived last. Its been a long while since she sold the house. I am subletting to her? Or would my landlord have to know of this? I was going to say I had personal savings stashed away when my father died, in case they ask how I have been paying the rent. I did not want to include her in this because they might think the landlord should know about her staying here. I don’t know what to say or do.. here. I want this place so.. badly. I did mention on the application I will be finding work in home care once I get there. There is no sense in starting a serious new job here for a few months then leaving on the employer. Also.. in home care patients get use to you.
Would my mother as a Co Applicant pull my weight in this decision? I was not sure if they will question since I am not working how I will pay the rent then. Please Help. Thanks. I don’t want to mess this up.

Seriously people, parts of the republicans Patriot Act have already been deemed unconstitutional by the US Supreme court. Having super computers listen in to all Americans telephone calls searching for key words to pick up and such, only then to have a human continue listening in. BTW for those of you who are not educated, all internet and cell phone activity is still monitored by these super computers! The Supreme Court found it only to be unconstitutional to listen in to land lines! Which had been determined in KATZ v. US, far prior to the passage of The Patriot Act, yet the republicans passed it anyhow.
Now health care for people, I’m sorry but that pales in comparison to the Patriot Act the republicans passed.
Also as far as the republicans being for smaller federal government, if that were the case then why did they create a whole new governmental agency. Most people don’t realize that Homeland Security was non existent, until Bush and his republican cronies in congress at the time created it!
The difference between the republicans and the democrats that I see is that the democrats are up front and honest about what they do!

Hi, I recently got a new computer that was first named “CARL” and then I renamed it “TOOLTIME”. I went to control panel, system and security, clicked on “system” and I changed the “computer name”, “full computer name”, and “computer description” all to “TOOLTIME”. However, I found that the change I made was not fully made because when I go to upload something it still has the shows the old name “CARL” like C://Users/”CARL”. The Users documents are still locked under “CARL” and any reference to the computer is like “TOOLTIME”-PC\”CARL”….can I change the Users documents name “CARL” to my desired name “TOOLTIME”. Thanks for your help!
