With my new laptop, I can’t watch any movies without Adobe downloaded. Everytime I get to this page, http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/download/?installer=Flash_Player_11_for_Other_Browsers_%2864_bit%29&a=McAfee_Security_Scan_Plus&os=Windows%207&browser=Firefox a box will appear and I have to click the download. Whenever I click it and then run, it says “Only a single instance of this application can run.” I’ve already disabled my antivirus software because it said I would need to. But I’m gonna download it again. I just need to know why it won’t download? Thanks!

ctrl+alt+delete open task manager
KIll everything with “adobe” or “flash” in the title
Close all webbrowsers including Firefox.
Run the Flash installer again.
