I just bought a D-Link DGL-4500 router off of ebay. I have everything hooked up correctly and my wired connection to my PC works fine. I have gone to 192.168.0.1 and completed the wireless connection security. The wireless shows up on my devices. (Itouch and laptop) However when I enter in the password that I had selected it says that it is unable to connect to the signal. I’m completely lost and because I purchased it off of ebay am not covered in the DLINK support section. Any help would be appreciated.

For eBay D-Link DGL-4500 router off is most reliable and I think your system should have the ability to recognize it, but unfortunately it wouldn’t. Now, you should contact your service provider.
