The Obama White House is backing new regulations that would compel popular Internet messaging services like Facebook, Skype and Blackberry to open up their systems to FBI surveillance, the New York Times reported Monday, citing federal law enforcement and national security officials.
The threat to democratic rights goes far beyond anything envisioned by the Bush administration. The goal is to make all forms of electronic communication that use the Internet subject to wiretapping and interception by federal police agencies.

My dear,
it is a fact that we are under control. Mobiles, credit cards, web accesses, and so on is the way they have to control us. IT has nothing to deal with terrorism, but with controling the society: capitalism tends to self destruction, as everybody knows. In France we have minimum salary, RSA and so on en ensure people can at least eat and so avoid riots. THis is no the case for our fellow americans. So controlling us is the way the state can ensure its society model survives, and also he survives.
We ara all under suspicion to want a better life, they (and their sponsors) cannot afford that we might discover it is possible.

Prevention is better than cure. The selfish and unscrupulous people make use of the innocent people to twist tide in their favour by hook or by crook.So one should remain vigilant to avoid any strike by the so called groups and one should not be taken unaware. So this preventive measure is not to be questioned and we being clear should not make any fuss out of it.
You’re late – this has been in place for some time. I have no problem with it – I only use one of the above to keep contact with my children and their friends. They’re all hardcore party goers.
You know – I’d be happy if they could just catch some of the real criminals out there for a change instead of jumping on the little guy all the time – that’d be good.
