I am 45 years of age and born in Nepal, so called underdeveloped country in Asia. Despite the hardships I had to undergo during my growing up years and schooling I always dreamt of being a good citizen. At least my motto I had been following until recently: ‘Don’t hurt anyone even if you can’t do any good to anyone” is loosing grip of me! I am just wondering these days what my existence is worth for? Its been more than 100 development organisations I have applied at for the job- and none a single one have called me for an interview! Its developing a low self esteem and frusstration within me! Maybe I’m not worth anything! By the way I hold Masters degree! Maybe its the system that we have here. Should I blame nepotism and corruption that is prevalent for my failure? Or do you think it is high time I stop looking for job? Or do you suggest I keep looking for one until I get one? Sad part is that we don’t have social security or unemployment system! I will be on my own!!!

Friend don’t loose hope. have founded or tried to find out the reason behind why you are not getting responses for interview from the companies. if not then I suggest you to please find out the reason there must be some common reason which you have done while applying for all companies. then re-apply, I am sure you will get positive response. you can also seek some consultancies help regarding job placement. and between that time you do your own some self business or some part time jobs until you get some permanent good fultime job.
jobs don’t define people or their existance. If you seek out things you want and get desperate and sad over them you are only inviting misery into your life. Relax and calm down for a start or you’ll never enjoy life.
