1 – do they have to show their face at passport control (to match the picture)
2 – are aloud to be fully searched if the alarm goes off whilst walking through the scanner?
3 – are they asked to remove shoes/clothing to put in they tray then into the scanner?
what happens basically and what are the laws?

They are searched the same way as everyone else. Yes, they have to show their face. Yes, they have to remove their shoes, the same as everyone. Yes, they will be searched the same as everyone else.
In theory, Frank is right. In practice, the alarms never go off, the scanners are not used, and they are not searched at random. Too much trouble and bad press.
Travel Hint: Never be in a line at the airport security with a profilably suspicious person behind you. The screeners will pick you instead, so that the equipment and people will be busy, and a scene isn’t raised when the next guy walks through.

Well, first off I don’t think all Muslims are invasively searched at Airports. So that is a pretty sweeping statement you have made.
I imagine all search-able people are searched in the same way, as per that airport in a specified country depending on their laws. Like the other person said, everybody is subject to showing their ID and taking off their shoes.
I was searched once in Mexico. I fit the profile they were looking for. All they did to me was look through my baggage and ask me some question. I suspect if I had given different answers, the process could have been longer and more invasive.
You will have to be a little bit more specific to get the answer you are seeking.
They are searched the same as everyone else. Yes, they have to show their face. However, they have the right to show their face in a private room, to an officer of the same sex. They can also request a private screening (as can everyone else).

they are exempt from searches beacuase of the modesty of there religion also they say its racial profileing and want to be politicaly corect, unfair isnt it
I’m gonna say they’re searched just like everyone else. You can’t stereotype everyone just by the way they look.
