I bought the program at Best Buy for $60 and installed it about 5 days ago, yesterday I still saw the program on my computer and today I tried to search on all of my computer files but there was nothing to found under that name. So I took the disk and tried to download the to program again but it said it can’t because the file is already done on my computer.

or may be just cal them they may be able to guide you
WHAT FOLDER, etc, did it go in to?? Try and exhaust this idea / option as well.
Maybe its not where you think it is.
Click your START button, go to CONTROL PANEL, then go to ADD/REMOVE Programs…See if it’s there. If so, you could possibly try removing it and reinstalling it. There might be a glitch.
