I have this irritating virus on my computer that affects flash discs by placing to what appears to be a word document but has an application extension, my antivirus is up to date(Norton Internet Security) but every time i delete it, it pops back up on the drive…please help

This might be an application error or something that needs a simple adjustment, rather than a virus. I suggest you run a complete system scan, be sure you update norton every day and if you haven’t got the 2012 version, download it free. You should also do an anti malware full system scan. If you haven’t got anti malware, you can download a free basic version for free. Just search on-line.
You could also email norton describing the problem. They are normally helpful if it might be virus related.
