i have had Kaspersky IS for a month with no problems but now it is telling me that the databases are obsolete and when trying to update manually it tells me that “not all components were updated”……i have another computer with the same Kaspersky code on it (3 user) and that is causing the same problem…..is there a problem with the site or is there something i am missing?
License says 321 days remaining

I had Kaspersky for a year, and although I paid for an update, I didn’t get it until I sent them a very snotty letter. They replied that they had got my email address wrong….. I changed to avast (free) after that.
Lol @ Additional Details.. Never been a fan or norton either.
I used to use Kasper-sky at one point.
Have you Tried Re-installing it?
1) Disconnect from the Internet.
2) Remove it.. Completely -> http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=20…
3) Then Install it again from the CD or Whatever.
4) Connect to the internet & Update KIS.
Hope it helps
P.S: If that dont help.. There may be an issue with the Licence.
Buy crap, get crap.
