   1. Go back to your homeland
   2. Apply for a work visa in the U.S.A.
   3. Apply for a Social Security number in the U.S.A.
   4. Apply for work at your chosen company.

   Take your education and go work in your home country. You not being able to work legally in this country is 100% fair, you are here illegally and are not a citizen of this country. You should have to just come here legally in the first place.

   There is no law compelling citizens to pay taxes, there is no law demanding that an employee is to disclose or even have a social security number to earn a wage. It is all voluntary.
   The positive returns of hiring an unenumerated state sovereign Citizen:
   1. Since no 26 USC 3402 tax withholding agreement exists the employer is not liable for employee taxes. Without a W-4, each employee is liable for their own taxes.
   2. Because nobody entered a W-4 withholding agreement, there is no “under penalty of perjury” statement. The IRS has no power to request records or audit, and the IRS has the burden to prove their case.
   3. The employer is not required to appear at an IRS hearing, thus the IRS is obligated to prove their case in a regular court of law and any summons must come from that court.
   4. The employer is not required to issue a W-2, since there is a prohibition from issuing a W-2 because of the W-2 requirement for a social security number.
   5. Likewise, there is a prohibition from issuing a 1099 because it also requires a social security number.
   6. There is no “under penalty of perjury” signature condition on any tax form with unenumerated employees, and again the burden of proof exists with the IRS.
   7. Liens and levies become “legally” impossible without a trial, judgment, or court order.
   8. Similarly, INS intrusion becomes impossible without a trial, judgment, or court order.
   9. Employer that hires a free sovereign Citizen is not susceptibility to employee retaliation because some of these employees may receive higher pay and have likely signed employment agreements acknowledging the lack of certain specific benefits.
   10. Employer which hires an unenumerated individual is not likely to be on the receiving end of any frivolous lawsuits.
   11. State free sovereign Citizens as employees respond better, have full responsibility for their actions, and have greater moral.
   12. Unenumerated employees produce higher quality and quantity of work.
   13. Employees that hire unenumerated individuals receive instant asset protection because the IRS now has the obligation to prove their case in each separate instant.
   14. There becomes an improved effect upon the bottom line due to higher employee productivity and lower risk of government intrusion.
   It is not illegal for Red Robin to hire you, it is that they are a major corporation under banking policy and that policy (right now) is to shy away from hiring you because doing so would expose the entire “extortion” scheme, preventing them from taking fees and fines out of your pay check!
