I am trying to do system restore for my laptop windows 7 but when the laptop restarts I keep seeing this message ” system restore did not complete successful , this may be because an anti virus program is running on the computer . Temporarily disable your anti virus program and restart system restore ” I have norton security but I disabled it and I tried again but I keep seeing the same message . thanks please anyone if you could help
