I Need Serious Help Fixing This Computer Virus Problem!?

Somehow my computer (Windows Vista) got infected with some sort of trojan-virus (or viruses), at least one of which, is malware. And it is driving me insane.
What it did/does:
-shut down my Firewall
-stopped Microsoft Security Essentials from working (won’t let me access it at all) or any other anti-virus/firewall program
-won’t let me run some files/programs
-won’t let me start Windows Defender
What I can’t do:
-Perform a system restore. (The earliest date that it has available is today for some reason)
-Install a lot of programs I download (mostly attempts to download something to remove it.)
I seriously have no idea what to do. (I have also run CCleaner and Defraggler, which didn’t help) I’ve tried everything I could think of. I have no idea what else I can do. It’s driving me insane. Please, if anyone can help me, I’m desperate!

    Boot into safe mode
    depending on which pc/laptop manufacturer etc. will be slightly different
    1)close your pc down
    2) switch it on and as it beeps press the F5 F6 basically anthing up to F11 or it might be the DEL key. ( I find when im not sure I will press all of them individually with a tenth of a second interval)
    3) you will see white text on a black background . with the option to boot into safe mode ( choose this)
    4 once loaded(it will look different when it loads) try running your antivirus ( some may not work. IF you managed to download malware bytes i would suggest you run a complete scan and remove anything it finds)
    5) once you are back up and running goto :- http://uk.trendmicro.com/uk/products/per… half way down the page click on ‘launch house call” this should tell you are malware and virus etc free.

    On your desktop, try right-clicking your Microsoft Security Essentials icon, then select Run as…Current user or Administrator (though you may not have the rights for Administrator).
    If that doesn’t work, try booting your computer into Safe Mode with Networking, then download the free version of Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware. Install it, get updates and run a full scan. Here’s a link:http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwar…

    You may just have a microsoft virus. Get Malware-bytes and run it on your computer in safe mode since you can’t do anything with it right now with the virus on it. You may need to get to another computer and download it onto a floppy disk. I’ve cleared two from my desktop computer with this software. You can google it for more information if you’d like.

    Download Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool from the link I gave you in the bottom and run it. When it has finished you wont have any virus any more. Then use Kaspersky Internet security to defend your computer. It never gets you any virus.

    We can’t help it, the virus is programmed that way, re-installing vista can only solve the problem.

    pl try mcafee trail version. download n run.
    it should clean up
    if this doesnt work try any one of the following one
    Norton, , VIPRE, BitDefender, Kaspersky

    you should do again Windows Vista and scan your full system then you use your computer.
