I think yes! Better performance, security, reliablity, easy to use, better start up etc.
Only thing I noticed about Chrome is that opening new tabs is almost instant where ie9 tabs is like 0.2-0.5 seconds slower, but still who cares? IE9 is the now new leader is browsing
