Laptop Full Of Viruses Or Malware?

today i was watching 24 online on zshare which has never gave me grief before
then next thing a new security program ive never seen before called security suite is telling me my laptops full of viruses and wanting me to purchase it, im guessing this is malware. it randomly opens a website called porno.org after a while aswell
my problem is nothing will open on my computer whatsoever everything is apparently infected when i try to open an icon, so i cant get on the internet to download anything to get rid of the malware
all i have is avg and i cant open that either.
im not too great on a computer and cant really figure out what to do from previous answers, i dont know how to refigure my laptop or how to open safe mode?
any help would be greatly appreciated

    OK the correct solution for you:
    Using another PC access the internet and download Malwarebytes software ( Free version)http://www.malwarebytes.org/
    Transfer it to a flash/Pen drive and install and run it on the affected PC
    Run it and IGNORE any messages on screen from the Rogueware. It may take a while (10 – 20 minutes)
    When it has finished follow the prompts to delete infected files and then reboot.
    If you want to run in safe mode Press F8 on startup you will be presented with Boot options including Safe mode.
    Most of the suggestion above are mostly useless and overly complex or indeed wrong! but may help a little. De-fragmenting is of no help at all and as for registry tools forget them! Get rid of the infection The De frag etc may be ways of improving speed but neither will help until you have eradicated the rogueware

    To open in safe mode, restart your computer, then start to repeatedly tap the F8 key. The screen will open up and give you some options on how to start windows. Arrow up to Safe Mode with Networking. This will allow you to go on the internet safely. Get yourself a new anti virus software. I recommend Security essentials from Microsoft. It’s very good and updates itself automatically. Also download malware bytes and do a scan with that right away

    Uninstall anything and everything you don’t use. Run a scan with your current anti-virus/malware software. And/or then get AVG.

    It’s a con.
    Go to programs and features and get rid of your anti virus and any other programs that you don’t want. Double click them to uninstall them.
    Make sure you know what you are uninstall.
    Install avg 9.0 free version from these instructions.
    Maintaining your computer
    1. Left click on C drive> properties/run windows disc cleaner
    2. Download Ccleaner from here: http://www.filehippo.com/
    3. Install Ccleaner and run the cleaner top left, then run the registry cleaner below it on the left. you don’t need to backup the registry
    4. Left click on C drive> properties>Tools>disc scanner or in the case of Vista it’s called something else, but it’s the top tab you click on> Prompt the scanner to scan upon next reboot and REBOOT COMPUTER)

    5. After Disk scan/Disk check has finished run windows Disc Cleaner again, Ccleaner again and registry cleaner again.
    6. Then you must do a DEFRAGMENTAION of C drive which is START>ALL PROGRAMS>ACCESSORIES>TOOLS>DEFRAGMENTATI…

    Never use torrents or watch TV on internet sites.
    Learn how to use sharing sites and download the rar files that make up movies/music ETC.
    As an alternative you can download video/music for free from this site that are in the format of MP3′s, the only issue with them is that they are in rar files and need to be extracted with winrar software.

    Also google “Download (?What ever you want) with links to hot file rapidshare”
    Hot file is another sharing site where you can download rar files of music and movies.

    Hi,
    You need a system disinfection using a rescue disk. After you do so, perform registry repair using RegInOut [ http://download.cnet.com/RegInOut/3000-2… ] so as to remove any virus made execution entries in your registry database.
    DISINFECTING THE SYSTEM:
    - – - – - – - – -
    Requirements:
    a. An active Internet Connection
    b. A computer of your friend [For downloading a Rescue Program and burning it to a Blank CD ROM, as a Bootable Media]
    c. A Blank CD/ DVD ROM
    d. An ISO Burning Software
    Steps:
    1. Using your friends computer, connect to the internet.
    2. Download an ISO Image of a rescue media. Here, I would suggest you Kaspersky Resuce Disk. Download it from here:http://download.softpedia.com/dl/9ef6256…
    3. Insert a blank CD ROM in your drive.
    4. Double click the ISO Image file to open. If you don’t have an ISO or CD Burning Software, download a free one from here:http://www.freedownloadscenter.com/Best/…
    5. Burn the downloaded ISO image to that Blank CD ROM.
    6. After completion, remove that CD ROM from the drive, and insert on your infected computer.
    7. Restart your computer, and when you see the Logo of your Motherboard Manufacturer on the screen, frequently press F2 or Delete button of your keyboard.
    8. BIOS Configuration Screen, usually having Blue Colour, and full sized will open.
    9. Set-up the following Boot Sequence options by searching all the availble menus, sub-menus:
    a. First Boot Device: CD/ DVD ROM Drive
    b. Second Boot Device: Hard Disk Drive
    c. Third Boot Device: [Disable]
    10. Save your settings by pressing an appropriate key, or selecting the save option.
    11. Your system will restart again.
    12. When you see the following message at the bottom of your screen, just press any key, such as Enter or Space Bar.
    13. The rescue media will start loading.
    14. Follow the instructions on your screen. Choose to load it in Graphical Mode because it is simple like working in Linux operating system.
    15. After it boots up, click the “Update” button in order to update its definitions first.
    16. After the updates complete, scan the whole system for viruses.
    17. After you done, shut down the Linux environment, or the temporary boot environment provided by your rescue media.
    18. Remove the disk from the CD ROM, and now your computer is safe to boot up, and is completely disinfected.
