Please Help Me Go Over U.s. Constitution Essay, Please (long)?

By Networking Security Posted in: search security

I have written an essay and i need to turn it in after 6 hours (I’s 2:30 AM here!) and I need someone to go over it, please? ;D I would really appreciate it and keep in mind I’m in Iceland and the main thing here you need to keep in mind is that the topic sentences and paragraph setup need to be right.
The U.S. Constitusion – a Counstruction of Librety and Small Government.
The contistusion of the united states is unique. It contains libreties alot of other countries don‘t have, but, should have. It doesn‘t let the federal government get to powerfull. It was truly made by men of the people and men with great visions. The U.S. constitusion is great and every country should take a good look at it.
The U.S. constitusion has alot of great libreties and rights of which alot of others countries don‘t. First of, freedom of speech is widely accepted but, in most countries it is restricted to hate speach and racism but, in America all speach is allowed except threats and information considering national security etc. Another librety is the right to keep and bear arms, which, gives Americans the right to have and keep firearms to protect themselves. Finally the prohibition of unreasonable searches and seizures and the requirement for search warrants based on probable cause, which, guarantees Americans their right to privacy. The U.S. constitusion propably protects the libreties of its citizense better than any other nation.
There are number of parts in the U.S. constitusion of which other countries have adopted. Since The U.S. got so well known many countries started to adopt parts of it, for instance, many have gotten the separation of power from U.S. The seperations purpose is to seperate the government into three brances (the legislative, the executive and the judical) and keep them distinct to prevent them from abusing their power. Another part many countries have adopted is the right for a citizens to get trial with a jurry, which applies in the U.S. if the sentence will be more than six months or if prosecution tries to increase the penalty over the maximum of which is usually allowed. And Lastly the right to „retain counsel“ has also been adopted by many and means you can eather be represented by an attorney of chosing in a trial or you can represent yourself. In conclusion, because the U.S got so famous their constitusion got more widely known and that made other countrys more open to adopt them.
The U.S. constitusion insures the government doesn‘t get to powerfull. First of, it has the seperation of government which purpose is to seperate the government into three brances; the legislative, the executive and the judical. By doing this they keep these branches distinct to prevent them from abusing their power. Secondly, it gives state and local government the right to make their own laws as long as they abide the constitusion. Finally, it says that „no person can be deprived of life, librety or property without due process of law“ which is a great protection of librety and shrinkens the powers of the government. The U.S. constitusion divides the federal government and gives more rights the state and local government.
The U.S constitusion has some great qualities. To conclude, It gives Americans great libraties, like freedom of speech and the right to defend yourself with firearms. It is so great that other countries have adapted many parts of it. It insures demcracy by giving more rights to state and local government. More countries should take this constitusion as an example.
– If anyone actually helps me I will be very great full and you are a awesome human being! :)

    Constitusion -> Constitution
    Counstruction -> Construction
    Librety -> Liberty
    Libreties -> Liberties
    united states -> United States (maður ritar nöfn landanna með hástöfum eins og á íslensku! :) Munurinn um tungumálin er þegar að skrifa nöfn tungumálanna; á ensku, maður ritar “English” og “Icelandic”, ekki “english” og “icelandic”. Við ritum með hástöfum oftar en þið.)
    to -> too (“to” = “til” á íslensku; “too” = “of” á íslensku)
    alot -> a lot
    First of -> first off
    speach -> speech
    which, gives -> which gives
    which, guarantees -> which guarantees
    The U.S. constitution -> The U.S. Constitution (Aftur, við ritum með hástöfum oftar en þið. “The U.S. Constitution” er sérstakt nafn og þess vegna það er að rita með hástöfum.)
    propably -> probably
    citizense -> citizens
    “The U.S. constitusion propably protects the libreties of its citizense better than any other nation.” — Ha, ég óska! ;) Kannski í fortíð, en ekki í dag. Freedom House segir að Bandaríkin eiga 37/40 í frelsi, en Ísland er 40/40. Gótt? Já. Best? Nei. :) Ég gætti sagt mjög meira um þetta….
    Since The -> Since the
    got so well known -> became so well known (venjuleg mistök)
    seperations -> separations
    seperate -> separate
    the legislative, the executive, and the judicial) -> the Legislative, the Executive, and the Judicial (sérstök nöfn)
    jurry -> jury
    And Lastly -> And lastly,
    „retain counsel“ -> “retain counsel” (hmm… er „“ raunverulega að nota á íslensku?)
    eather -> either
    attorney of chosing -> attorney of your choice
    got so famous -> became so famous,
    known and -> known, and
    countrys -> countries
    brances -> branches
    shrinkens -> shrinks
    demcracy -> democracy
    Ef þú þarft hjálp um eitthvað annað, þú má senda mér tolvupóst í einhvern tíma (meme@daughtersoftiresias.org). Ég bið bara að þú leiðréttir íslenskuna mína þegar ég klúðra hana ;)

    Sorry, I stopped after first paragraph…Always capitalize country names, liberties not libreties (Part of beginning sentence), it could be edited more.
