Should Obama’s American Jobs Act Be Renamed The Illegal Alien Jobs Act Since He Won’t Include E-verify?

The Supreme Court decided 5-to-3 that states can punish employers who violate a mandatory E-Verify law.

Tens of thousands of jobs created by the economic stimulus law could end up filled by illegal immigrants, particularly in big states such as California where undocumented workers are heavily represented in construction, experts on both sides of the issue say.
They fault Congress for failing to require that employers certify legal immigration status of workers before hiring by using a Department of Homeland Security program called E-Verify. The program allows employers to check the validity of Social Security numbers provided by new hires. It is available to employers on a voluntary basis.

Do you know how to ask a question without lying?
An alternate system is included in the legislation to ensure no illegals are hired.

do you want to pick blackberries? I didn’t think so. shut the fcuk up. Farmers in Georgia are losing 1,000′s of dollars a year because of the new immigration laws. Americans won’t pick blackberries, so they just sit out in the field and rot. The mexicans used to pick them.
Is that your idea of a just law, everybody loses?

Obama can continue to take illegals side over legal citizens. Its just forcing the states to make new laws to cover the gap the Federal Government creates.Which is where the line should be drawn anyway.
