Is Internet Explorer 9 The Leader In Browsing Now?

Better performance, security, reliablity, easy to use, better start up etc. Only thing I noticed about Chrome is that opening new tabs is almost instant where ie9 tabs is like 0.2-0.5 seconds slower, but still who cares?
