So our school has net-books and they put a lot of security on the, Well whenever we try to print OR change the font in a word document. Our Microsoft Word 2010 will freeze, causing us to loose what we had typed. Anybody have any solutions?

in add or remove programs you should be able to highlight microsoft office 2010 and click change then repair and this should fix the issue of not reinstalling office or deleting and re adding the printer may work.
