Why Does Business & Govt Of Usa Spend Money Globally And Ignore The Financial Security Of It’s Own Citizens?

312 + million citizens living in USA September/2011
237 + million available to work according to U.S. dept of labor
75 million who are not in the job market arena “won’t be working”
“OUT OF THIS WE HAVE >>>>>
139+ million active workforce reporting to have some level of income/job.
27 million of the above 139 million have such low gross incomes after exemptions & deductions they aren’t subject to any Federal income tax (gross under $12,000 annual) so 112 million are left with incomes high enough “over $12,000 annual per individual” paying some amount of Federal income tax.
“HOW MUCH USA STYLE POVERTY DOES THIS TRANSLATE TO”?
237-139=98 million people out of the IRS income money loop plus another 27 million IRS filers who’s gross incomes are below $12,000 annual etc. That’s a grand total of 125 million people poverty stricken,income-less & or not paying into the IRS system.
Add the 125 million with little too no known income “WITH” the 75 million who are not available to work, that’s 200 million people with definite financial insecurity or living on the edge in USA poverty.
