Resolution is the measurement of how many dots/pixels fit into one inch.
The higher resolution, the sharper the image will be. PrintingForLess.com recommends resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch) for crisp, clear results. Lower resolution images appear fuzzy, jagged and blurry.http://www.anuprashbd.com/
The game is very demanding graphics wise and you are you using an onboard intel graphics card so no the game won’t work.
Why do you want to downgrade to vista? Windows 7 is 100 times better. But if you do want to downgrade then just boot up with the windows vista cd and do a clean install
