I got the Win 7 Security 2012 virus on my laptop and got it off with Malwarebytes but now my Windows firewall and defender are turned off and won’t turn back on. Every single time I try to turn my firewall back on, I get the 0×80070424 error code. I have tried going to Services but the firewall does not show up. I have tried downloading updates, the Fix it Now on Microsoft‘s website, and I’ve tried things in the command prompt. None of these have fixed the problem. I’ve read that a system restore can fix it, but I don’t want to have to set my computer back. Any other suggestions would be nice.

Delete rkill, and tdsskiller after your done, you can’t update them, if you feel you need them again in the future download them again.
